MASH UP is a fusion of good times, great music, hip hop, street jazz, dancehall, house and African movements... With Jess Dexter-a super charged enthusiastic,motivating, and thorough teacher of 10 years!.
Class is fun-packed with a varied-style, basic movement warm up, isolations, stretching and choreograpy.
It IS a beginner's class, however, if you're intermediate, advanced or professional, you'll be challenged at your appropriate level!
