Hello again people of the world. I have more information in regards to my provious post offering hooping classes in Calgary. The classes will once again be held at Beltline Athletic on 2nd and 12ave SW. It is a ten week course and its at 6:30-7:30 on Wed evenings. We have an awesome time, listen to awesome music, get an awesome workout, and over use the word awesome. The classes are $75 (which I think is pretty good, if you concider that that breaks dwon to less then ten dollars a class!) and they start on January 23rd. Its a great way to be active during the cold winter, I know it totally helped keep off those few extra pounds this semseter. My partner Geoff makes lovely hoops that you can purchase from him through me, or I can explain how you would go about making your own hula hoop if thats a better option for you.
One final note, Beltline athletic isnt in the phone book because they're run throught the city of Calgary. You have to dial 3-1-1 which is the city line, and an operator will either transfer you to beltline, answer your questions or sign you up for a class.
