Looking for a place to live for Dec.1st. East Van( Commercial )... (Canada)

I am a musician/engineer)who needs a place for Dec 1st. I'm looking for funky/chill people who want to get a great place to Jam, Record, Rehearse, Live, Eat and Breathe music. A place near commercial drive for anywhere from $1000-1300 would be my ideal situation. I am willing to pay up to $500/month for rent. Ideally the place would consist of anywhere between 3-5 roommates with a decent sized area for Drums, Guitars, Keys, etc to rehearse. I am a guitarist who writes/records/gigs for a living. I have my own personal recording equipment that I would setup in my bedroom. But I also have access to more gear as well(Isolation walls,Yamaha-02r,amps,etc). I love most musical styles so everyone is welcome in my world. I don't have a problem with smokers(outside)and I am 4:20 friendly. Artists feel free to jump on board if this ad interests you.
