I am a female grad student looking for a woman to rent the room available for April 1, 2009, in a cute, musical and artsy 4.5 in Verdun. Flat is on a quiet street with great view, close to a park and Atwater market, with fenced in backyard perfect for a garden. On bike path, 20 minute gorgeous commute by bike or 20 minute bus and/or metro ride to downtown. I am very clean, courteous, and eco-conscious and prefer the same in a roommate to encourage harmonious cohabitation. I am looking for someone who will stay at least until June preferred. Semi-negotiable veggie kitchen. Option for lease transfer after June (if I finish my thesis on time!) Room can be mostly furnished or not. Clothes washer and piano onsite. Pet friendly.
