Hey Everyone,
We have a room opening up Aug 1 in a great house in Killarney. It is a 4 bedroom place and the three of us living here are easy going, responsible, creative, and considerate. We are looking for someone with the same qualities that would be on our wavelength.
So we're in our mid twenties, 2 guys and a girl. Charlotte is into sewing and creating with fabric and clothing. Mark and myself are musicians and artists. We have a music studio with electronics, guitars drums and percussion and also do some drawing/painting.
The house is nice and big, plenty of room for all. Includes dishwasher, laundry, double garage, back yard, patio and hot tub.
Rent is $575 + utilities.
