I am looking for someone to share space with at my place in SE Calgary.
Det’s:
• First, I am definitely not centrally located, (off memorial & 68th st east), but it only takes less than a 15 min drive to downtown, also I’m on a bus route and about 5-10 min drive to the nearest c-train.
• The space I have available is the lower half of the house – it’s a bilevel so it’s not too basementy. This deal includes 2 bedrooms, separate living room space with a fireplace, separate bathroom, then shared kitchen (upstairs) and laundry. I also have a fenced yard with a firepit and a deck!
• Rent = $700 + same for DD. Utilities included. Available April 1st, maybe a bit sooner if needed.
• Roomie must be ok sharing space with cats as they dwell here in the space too!
• Must be a non-smoker, plus I’m also not into anyone who drinks a lot. Looking for someone who believes in co-creation of space, contributing positive energy to the living environment, healthy eating/cooking, taking care of self physically, emotionally, spiritually. Someone who is self-aware and is open about communication in order to develop an easy-going, supportive environment to co-exist within. Someone who maintains positive, healthy relationships in their life and is activated and passionate toward their areas of interest with community, schooling, career, lifestyle, etc. Home to me is like a sanctuary and thus it is important to feel comfortable with the “vibe” of anyone I may be sharing space with.
