Hi there.
We are looking for some roommates!
We live on the top level of a bright clean all hard wood floor house. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs (2 downstairs occupied by nice young couple), 2 bathrooms, big kitchen, laundry, internet, land line, lots of parking, deck, sunroom, living room, nice front yard. The house is in a great area, safe, close to parks, shops, transit, good neighbours, quiet, near the PNE and Commercial Drive.
Room #1: Available June 1st or sooner (it is empty now) Very big with big south facing windows and ensuite bathroom/shower, lots of closet space. It is available on a sublet basis from now or June 1st until Sept. 30th although, it could turn into your room if you want to stay for a longer term. $625 + utils.
Room #2: Available July 1st. This nice, good size room is only $475 +utils.
We currently are myself (Yossi), Matt (leaving July 1st), Will (in Calgary, hence the sublet) and Kerry. We eat healthy, live consciously, are clean and respectful and loving. We enjoy the occassional drink, but this is not a party house. We like to make art now and then, watch movies when its raining and are very social yet independent.
