Seeking Shared Accomodation - April 1st

I am seeking a place to live at the end of March or sooner.
I would prefer it to be in a shared house, to both maximize the efficiency of resources, and to minimize the amount of rent i have to pay....

For those of you familiar with my previous plans, note that I am not planning to tour again this summer, at least not for any extended period...

The following are my ideals for the home I will live in:

Physical Wish List:

* Available April 1st or sooner
* Rent between $250-400 all-in
* Possible work trade for some or all of rent
(website, computer, graphic design, handyman, etc)
* Shared with 2-3 other people
* Large bedroom
* Lots of sun
* Large home with multiple distinct 'zones'
* Wood floors suitable for dance, yoga, etc
* Very little clutter and 'stuff'
* Sauna and/or hot tub
* Close to, but not in, downtown Nelson
* Parking Space
* No wall to wall carpet (dust, mites, mould, yech!)
* Wood fireplace
* Garden space
* Big kitchen

Energetic Wish List:

* Kid Friendly (my daughter Indigo - 6 - lives with me every 2 weeks or so)
* Roommates who are self-aware and motivated
* A focus on open, honest and gentle communication shared by all residents
* Clear mental/emotional space (...leave your drama at the door)
* Smudged and cleared often
* Sometimes quiet, sometimes boisterous
* Definitely music-friendly
* Respectful environment
* Unexpected-visitor friendly, but not a party house
