Hi there.
I live in a nice house with 2 lovely women in their 20's and a great guy in his 30's. Everyone here is easy-going, shares food, has the occasional drink and we all like music, art and being social, although, this is NOT a party house.
We live in a quiet neighbourhood close to shops, buses, skytrain, and many parks.
I am travelling for most of the next 6 months and I'm looking for someone to take over my space for that time. Sept. 15th to March 15th, although, I would consider a shorter stay than that.
Rent is $475 plus your share of gas, hydro, internet.
