Many of you have heard me sharing about my vision to create a Celebration Center here in Vancouver. A place to focus on Spirituality, not religion. A place for classes on spirituality, yoga, meditation, chakra programs, anything that relates to spirituality from a holistic perspective. A place to come together and support each other in our individual and collective spiritual growth. A place to dance, chant, play, learn better ways of relating to ourselves and each other. Also a place to hold weddings, memorials & baptisms or naming ceremonies.
These classes I'm now offering are a sampling of some of the things I want to share at the Center. I am working on raising funds to create my vision. Woo-hoo!
I'm presently offering 2 series of classes, Practical Spirituality on Monday nights (starting next week, the 20th) and a Chakra Program for Beginners (i teach from a western prospective because that's what i'm most familiar with), on Thursday nights, also starting next week.

What are you wishing for in your life right now? Abundance? More fun?
More energy to do "stuff"? Better health? Peace of mind? Less stress?
These are not airy-fairy questions, they are an invitation to learn
practical techniques to help make your life work better. We will be
focusing on breath and meditation as well as other experiential and
interactive methods.
It will definitely be an adventure, I promise!

CHAKRA EXPLORATION FOR BEGINNERS CLASSES
Focus on a different chakra each week to practice working with these
energy centers. You will explore each chakra through guided meditation
and learn cleansing techniques to have more energy and more "spiritual
space".
