Hi, my girlfriend Sara and I (Fred) shared this large & beautiful one bedroom Apt. in East Vancouver.
We're conveniently located just a 3 min walk from the commercial & Broadway sky-train station and the 99 B-Line. This is one of the best neighbourhoods in Vancouver, people are friendly and everything you need is within walking distance.

We're seeking a roommate to help with the high rent cost of this Large one bedroom Apt.
The spacious room comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, dresser, book shelve, love seat and lots of closet space.

Sara has an apartment on Vancouver Island in Victoria. Where she attends UVIC, and comes over to visit on the weekends. I sleep on the second futon couch in the living room and often go to visit her.
Parking is available on the street for free. There is a laundry room on the main floor of the bld.
The apt has a ground floor balcony, where you can smoke.
We are a Vegetarian household, no pets, and 420 friendly.
Short term rental OK.
Asking $550/Month.
Includes high speed internet; Hydro, water and heat.
