you can basically move in any time this month,
both the bedroom and workshop are cleared
the roommates are dave and myself
dave is a drupal consultant, spends most of his time in the home office
akhentek spends half the time in apple consultant mode in town,
other half is spent at home in the home audio engineering room
the room has 2 foot soundproofing in the walls and has been built
to be an acoustically perfect recording / mastering environment,
also available to other housemates during my work daytime hours
loud late night music sessions / jams are completely silent to the rest of the house
rent is $500 + utilities (hydro/gas/data) and gives you access to the following:
personal room and workspace
1 bedroom, second largest in the house
1 outdoor heated workshop, included with rent
- this is a separate structure from the house,
can be used for woodworking, sewing, video editing or dark room
shared space
2 bathrooms, 1 with a brand new shower/tub/tiles
a really nice and large yoga zone
office with multiple workstations
vapour lounge
outdoor hot tub
permanent outdoor gas BBQ
tree house
greenhouse
plenty of storage space
house is across the street from the beach,
5 doors down from the closest bus stop,
and a 13 min drive from langdale ferry terminal
