2 cups flour 2.25 tsp quick rise yeast (Fleischmann's instant) 1 tsp salt 1 Tbsp oil (flavored? garlic??) 3/4 cup water mix... knead 4 mins, cover and wait 10 mins add topping (my fav - ham, brie, almonds, pesto sauce, honey, green onions, grated cheese and pears) cook at 475 for 15 mins or until done... or cook 7 mins convection oven (how do it know this?) - Libra-T , posted 12/03/06 |
