The City Cafe Bakery at Strange and Victoria St.: quirky atmosphere: self-pay at a trolly-token receptacle, self-serve hot from bins. Fresh made bagels and other baking. Some seating indoors and patio outdoors. Quirky outgoing staff. A unique experience in the area and - I'm not kidding - *the best bagels*.
